    Client developed a nervous system disorder called Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (“CRPS”) after breaking his arm in a trip and fall in a rut at the track of a recreation center. The insurance company denied liability until we deposed the maintenance managers who asked, “which rut did he trip on.”

    Female client rear-ended by a Ford F350 Commercial Vehicle towing a trailer on I-20. Our client suffered a permanent injury to her lower right leg that led to extensive treatment including physical therapy, injections, and a spinal cord stimulator trial.

The Tractor-Trailer driver denied fault, but the trucking company‘s owner admitted at deposition his driver caused the wreck. The case settled after depositions.

    Towns County

    Client suffered a fracture pelvis which required an invasive surgery that involved multiple screws and rods in an accident where the at-fault driver turned left into the path of our client’s vehicle. We found three different insurance policies that applied to the wreck and compelled all three insurance companies to pay the full value of each policy.

    Passenger v. Commercial Vehicle Accident
    Clayton County

    Client injured while riding in the back of an Uber on I-285. In the wreck, a tow-truck performed an erratic maneuver causing a Pickup Truck to collide with the Uber. Our client suffered back, neck and hip injuries that required physical therapy and injections, but no surgery. The case settled after extensive litigation.

    Client slipped and fell at work as she walked from carpeted floor to tile floor after the cleaning company shampooed the carpet in the early morning hours but failed to notify anyone that the carpet was damp. Our client suffered a knee injury that required arthroscopic surgery as well as a shoulder injury and back injury. We settled after deposing the cleaning company’s owner who admitted at deposition that he should have notified someone of the damp carpet and set out wet floor signs.

    Dog attack case where real estate agent client was showing a house to her buyer. The dog appeared to be friendly, but then lunged and bit our client’s face requiring surgery. We settled after showing that the seller/dog owner knew that the dog was dangerous and crated the dog during showings (except for the showing involving our client).

    Gwinnett County

    Client suffered concussion and multiple post-concussion symptoms after being rear-ended on I-85 in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Other driver blamed “phantom” van and insurance company denied liability. Case settled for policy limits on the eve of trial.

    Red light accident in Atlanta, Georgia where the other driver ran a red-light t-boning our client’s Toyota Prius. Our client saw the impact coming and braced himself, squeezing the steering wheel with both hands. He suffered wrist injuries requiring surgery. The case settled for the full value of the at-fault driver’s insurance policy.

    Pedestrian v. Auto Accident
    Cobb County

    Homeless client was hit by a car and killed while crossing a four-lane road at night. We used video to show that the area was well lit and the driver was distracted. The case settled for the full value of the driver’s insurance policy.

    Client was rear-ended while stopped for traffic on I-85 South causing injuries to her back with pain radiating down her right leg. The case settled for the full liability policy limits of the at-fault driver with additional recovery from the client’s underinsured motorist policy.

    Fulton County

    Client broke his leg when an unidentified driver knocked him off his bike. After extensive research, we found the unidentified driver and his insurance company settled for the full policy limits.
